"Speak about location . It is amazingly convenient in the heart of Beirut . The hotel is well maintained . Comfortable and the staff are extremely curtious and helpful. They are extremely attentive to the needs including the trainees. At the front desk Nader was extremely helpful and genuinely caring . I would definitely consider this hotel for my next stay in Beirut ."

"Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the services were good. The only suggestion I have is regarding the air conditioning in the hallways leading to the rooms. They can get very hot, so it would be much more comfortable if those areas were air-conditioned as well. Other than that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay."
