The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping service was wonderful. Our room was always organized and cleaned when we returned each day. The staff across all departments were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
This is my second stay at the Kerry Hotel Beijing, and once again, it did not disappoint. It had been a top shelf experience from check in to check out. As an American who speaks no Chinese, I am especially grateful for the ease of communication both in directional signage and personal interaction. It has been a beautiful, comfortable, welcoming experience.
Excellent hotel in Beijing's Chaoyang District at an unbeatable price for the quality. Rooms are on the smaller side, but more than enough space. Full size commercial gym with hot tub, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and more.

Decent option for staying in Beijing. Staying one night only so did not have the time to explore the amenities. Room is a dated and would need to be refurnished. Breakfast had plenty of good options and was very nice.
Can't believe we were staying in the same hotel as the British Prime Minister during his visit to China. It's definitely a smart choice. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Lots of choices for good food and wine within the complex and a covered walkway to malls, which is key during this freezing winter season. We stayed at the club floor which is highly recommended with made to order breakfast, snacks all day and a highly delicious buffet cocktail from 5:30 to 7:30pm where you could skip dinner. Everyone at the club floor is really helpful and nice. You will definitely feel pampered. Micheal, Ava with beautiful smiles and I forgot to ask for the name of the young lady in the morning shift who tried her best to help us with restaurant bookings plus all other requests. Bars are another highlight. Centro in the lobby with live music and we saw the prime minister there too. Another one is Vinotheque if you prefer something quiet. Wine selection is excellent at reasonable price. What's more, they gave 30% discount for bottles below RMB3000. Can't wait to come back
I’m a bit of a hotel snob, and Kerry Hotel Beijing meet my expectations. It’s a solid international hotel with professional management, excellent service standards, and a genuinely customer-oriented culture.
The Executive Lounge is one of the highlights. Food and drinks are served throughout the day, and the staff make guests feel genuinely welcome. It’s a great place to relax, work, or unwind while being well taken care of. Very nice gym as well.
If you appreciate an international atmosphere, consistent service, and a well-run hotel, Kerry Hotel is an excellent choice.
We stayed at the Kerry's hotel twice for a total of 9 nights in May26.
Rooms: During our 2 visits, we stayed in room 704 & 720. The rooms were relatively spacious. We had the 2 single beds rooms, the mattresses were a bit on the firm side but comfy. The pillows, duvet & mattresses cover were soft & extremely comfortable. They also provided a spare pillow, bathrobes (that sealed in bags), slippers, & free drinks (beers, juice, soft drinks & water). There were sockets (including USB plugs) by each bed. The bathroom was modern, we especially loved the Smart auto toilet seat, the rainforest showers & the sofa bench.
Location: We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, as it's just next to our most favourite China World Mall, which is a modern spacious posh shopping mall & has got everything we loved & needed. This was the 99% of the reason why we decided to book the Kerry's hotel again when we flied back to Beijing within a week.
Services: The staff was super polite, and they even gave us the floor we wanted. Having said that, I hope the reception was a bit more welcoming at the time we came back on our 2nd visit.
Breakfast: If I had to pick any downside, it'd be their breakfast. It cost ¥178 per person (after discount) and I'd expect a lot more in terms of food quality. I don't know much about traditional Chinese breakfast so I can't really judge that (though my wife said the Beijing fried sauce noodles and buns she had were just average). I had the English Breakfast and su
