"Location was great, close to the best streets, shopping malls, …specially pedestrian street. Restaurant for breakfast was awesome. Dinner was available during weekends, not to be missed. Variety of foods and beverages. WiFi as any other places in china was terrible. Don’t count on it. Staff were awesome. Their hospitality was impressive. Lily at concierge was extremely helpful."

"I want to mention the staff first. They were friendly, hospitable and so helpful. A special mention to the lady at reception who helped me with an issue on Ali pay. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you. Now for the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful, in a convenient area. Close enough to the subway and about 15 minute walk to Tian ’anmen square. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast plentiful, catering by for all tastes. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was lucky enough to return to Beijing."

"I want to also recognize staff Aimin and Fengqing for their exceptional housekeeping … when we called front desk we needed more towels, Aimin provided towels and water right away and ensure we have all different size towel. We accidentally spilled some protein powder on the floor and called front desk. Fengqing swiftly brought a vacuum cleaner and the clean up was so fast and carpet look new again. Nice bed (not too soft or hard. Just nice). Location is excellent so we opt out breakfast or r meals at restaurant."

"The hotel is centrally located at the Wangfujing shopping area. There are plenty of food and shopping options, close to subway station (Jinyu Hutong) and within walking distance to Forbidden City. All of the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay, the room was spacious and clean and the Executive Lounge was a great complement to my stay."
