"No working lift and poor room servicing. When I arrived the lift was broken, it was fixed the next day and then it broke again and wouldn't be fixed until after I left. I don't think this is acceptable for a 6 floor hotel when you have a case to carry up and down the stairs. The time to fix it was blamed on "Lazy Germans" by the receptionist. The bigger issue was around room cleaning, it took 2 days before they told me I needed to book my room cleaning on an app, once I did they might have...
