"As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I appreciated the special recognition and treatment during my stay. The staff was welcoming, and the overall experience was positive. My only concern was the parking fee. At $30 per night, I found it quite expensive, especially since there is enough parking available within the hotel complex. I was told the fee was introduced because, due to the hotel's proximity to Midway Airport, some travelers had historically left their vehicles there instead of using airport...

"It’s a layover hotel. It’s expensive. No frills. No special customer service. Does not accommodate and does not feel the need to accommodate families of five. We missed a connecting flight in Chicago due to airline delays, and booked one of two rooms remaining at the Hilton Garden Inn at Midway. We paid a whopping $330 for one night; we arrived at about 11 pm and left at 6 am the next morning to catch an early am flight. One of our kids slept on the floor because the hotel said it “doesn’t do”...
