The rooms are lovely, comfy with everything you need. Staff very attentive. Breakfast is great.
Went to gym over the road but very busy (perhaps a january thing). Food was good, but only burgers, pizza, loaded fries etc. But the burger was really good. The sports bar was also excellent. Nice room and staff were very nice. I would stay again
Sixth time visiting here, first time with the name change and its still just as good. Love the new neon sign outside. Staff were very friendly, check in was nice and quick at the self check in machines and the rooms are clean and spacious for the price.
A very relaxing and nice place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless and the staff were all very professional and friendly. I have to make a special mention of Lizzie (the receptionist) who made an extra special effort to return some lost property to me.
First visit, been fully upgraded, really big open spaces, rooms are spacious and comfy. The brasserie restaurant was a nice place to be, good food and great drinks with good, friendly service. Y spa was excellent, just what was needed.
Room was spotless, bed was comfy. Staff are lovely and helpful. The food is good and the settings are great.
The only thing that stopped me marking a 5 was the fact to play darts & shuffleboard cost quite a bit. Darts are generally free to play in pubs but here was £25! Shame as it was raining so we would’ve spent some time in the bar playing games had it been cheaper.
Nice overnight stay for a reasonable price. Flexible support from staff due to limited physical ability, swapped rooms to ground floor for us.

The room was clean and fit for purpose. However they are not very well sound proofed. One morning we were woken up at around 8am to workmen at both ends of the corridor, drilling and banging. We were not pre warned of this, and were informed that they shouldn’t have started until 9 am.One night there were guests making alot of noise in their rooms keeping us awake.
The rooms do not have phones in for you to
Ring the reception desk.
We ate breakfast and dinner in the bar which we could not fault, it’s also worth going a few minutes up the road into st neots.
The location was great and easy to get to other places.
The staff we saw were also really polite and friendly.
This is a little gem of a hotel, while the rooms are on the smaller size they are well equipped and have everything you need (apart from a fridge). Staff are friendly and keen to help, bar area is brilliant with the table top interactive game, shuffle board, interactive darts and ps5’s. Had the duck pizza which was a winner. Didn’t use the spa due to the cost but hopefully will on our next visit. Breakfast was nice and fresh, good coffee and a lovely view of the lake. All in all this is a nice hotel. Highly recommended.
The breakfast room is beautiful - right on the lake-side. There was building work going on, so trying to work from the room was a little frustrating due to the noise. I also found a bug in my room. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Room service choice was also really good. Good value for money.
