"We reserved three rooms for our family getaway: one for my parents, one for my sister and nephews, and one for my wife and me.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Rooms:
* Our room’s bathroom was dirty, especially in the corners, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
* My parents’ room was acceptable.
* My sister’s room was unacceptable. The toilet had clearly not been flushed for at least a couple of days (it literally still contained waste), and one of the drawers...
