"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and many attractions, making it very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean. The downside is that the rooms are quite dated, and the carpets throughout the hotel had a noticeable odor that could definitely use attention. The biggest concern for me was that the room opened onto a shared balcony accessible to all the rooms on our floor. From a privacy and safety standpoint, I wasn’t comfortable with that setup. Despite those drawbacks, the excellent location, cleanliness, and kind staff made for a pleasant stay. With some updates to the rooms and carpets, and improvements to the shared balcony setup, this hotel would be an even better choice."

"The room was spacious and very nice. I loved our view facing the side with a partial view of the ocean. The bathroom was nice and big as well. Loved having robes and slippers in the room. The lobby could use a makeover. It doesn’t really impress, especially with the dirty front carpet but I was pleasantly surprised with the room."
