Door lock didn’t work easily with key cards. Needs worked on. I’m 73 and appreciate quick and safe entry. Also needs newer safety latch on inside of door. Also needs newer mattress. Bed not the usual comfortable sleep like most Hampton Inns.

Eeeehhhh.

Location is wonderful. Safe! Walking distance to restaurants and movie theater. Pool and hot tub need some TLC. Our room needs an attention given deep cleaning. Breakfast was run of the mill and bland.

A lot of road construction in the area of the hotel made it somewhat difficult to get around. Convenient to several good restaurants. Spacious room and bathroom. Could not get local news channels. Decent hot breakfast selections.

Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was no biscuits and gravy at breakfast, but that's not a deal breaker. Lots of highway construction in the area, but that's a permanent fixture in Beaumont! We'll stay there again!

My family & I were especially pleased and impressed when we walked in to have breakfast and there was the nicest man there to greet us and eager to take good care of us! He offered to make everyone waffles and he was so attentive to everything served and kind. We hardly ever see that in hotels, so this was such a wonderful treat and experience. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Excellent service all the way around! Don’t change a thing!

Nice hotel at a good price. My only complaint is the door that lets you in from the pool didn’t work. The key card wouldn't open it. Had to walk all the way around to the front entrance dripping wet. Told the desk clerk. She was very noncommittal.

Stay here a lot, normally it is great. This trip maid service was bad. Maid came took hanging towels and did not replace them, along with floor mat. so had no towels to shower. also some items came up missing. replaceable, but should not have disappeared.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. There was some road construction close to this hotel which had effected some of the businesses close by. I want to give a special shout out to Mr. Mike. He was working the kitchen and dining area. He went above and beyond to provide great service, waiting on everyone with a smile and a great attitude.

Not satisfied. I had to change 3 rooms and later just took what they got and stopped complaining. I cut my visit short and left the next day. Lady at the counter was courteous and promised to refund for 1 day. Will see when that happens.
