"Cottage 7 was a beautiful upper level place with gorgeous unobstructed views. The decor and useablity of the space was perfection. The beach access was a straight shot from our backyard. Waldport is a small town but Newport is only 30 minutes away. My only negative note would be the kitchen pans and gadgets were sparse if you actually plan on cooking during your stay."

"Great beach access and lots of room for a big group or family. Waldport is about 4 miles away. The house is very well stocked and they provided a very comprehensive manual on how to's for the home and your responsibilities in checking out of the home. Our only issue was with the hot tub. It wasn't very clean and was missing parts and headrests. We didn't get in it until the 2nd night so there wasn't much the management team could do to rectify the situation. We learned we should check upon arrival to see if it is clean and heated. "

"This house was perfect for a couples getaway! Upon first arriving, the house was clean, and the view was tremendous. There was still some crumbs on the floor, but we overlooked that and just a couple of updates would be good but overall we loved it and we are definitely going to make this an annual getaway. Also, the customer service was excellent."

"Great beds and ocean access., easy keyless entry. Otherwise, this was a 2 star property, cramped and worn, with dangerous stairs. Provided soaps and linens were adequate. The highway noise was quite loud. I realize that some of these things can't easily be changed. "

"The view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was clean,and equipped. There could have been more towels, and they could have smelled fresh, not sour. We wanted to use the electric fan,but didnt want to spend time cleaning all the gunk off of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return. "
