"Great location, very nice staff. Elevators in both buildings. Coming the first week of June, we had no issues parking in the free public spots across the street along the water, but I imagine during the summer rush you need to purchase the hotel's limited parking. The only issues we had were no microwave in the room, and insufficient counter space in the bathroom (an increasingly common issue across properties, as ownership/management opt for cheaper/smaller ledge-less sinks, marketing them as chic). But those were relatively minor inconveniences, definitely outweighed by the aforementioned pros."

"Ted and Joelle’s home was a fantastic place to gather for our multi-generational family celebration. We had a large group with five couples and the home is ideal for hanging out together as well as finding space for solitude. Some highlights: a large yard to play in, a wrap around porch with lots of seating, a cozy hammock for reading, a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook large family meals! The home is perfectly located for peace and quiet while still being very close to town and all that Oak Bluffs has to offer. Ted was great with communication and always replied promptly. I think the best review is that everyone in our family didn’t want to leave and is already plotting our return!"

"We made a very last minute reservation when our ferry was canceled due to weather. The person at the desk moved us to the first floor because we had a stroller and got us a pack and play and was just super helpful during a very stressful time. Our room had a full kitchen with full sized fridge, oven, microwave, and was overall clean and exactly what we needed when traveling with a baby. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach because of the weather but it’s super close to the ferry - you can actually see the boat - and to some nice restaurants and cafes. Exceeded expectations!"

"The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System."

"We only stayed here for 1 night. The property is located right next to the hospital so I was worried it may be a bit loud but it was surprisingly quiet the night we stayed here. There are multiple units in this house and it was a little confusing trying to find the correct entrance. If you pull into the driveway on the opposite side of the house the outside is very dirty with a lot of trash which was concerning at first but once we found our unit it was clean and the front porch was clean as well. There is an alarm panel located in the kitchen and above it a disarm code was written. The alarm went off a few times (once in the middle of the night.) I messaged the contact person to ask why it was going off. I received a response a few hours later but it was never explained to me why the alarm was going off in the first place. We were able to turn it off with the disarm code at least."

"This is a small, tight, but charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the bathrrom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the second floor up/down a narrow, steep stairway. This wasn't a terrible problem, as the owner has done a good job of lighting and improving the stairway. But those with limited mobility would find this a challenge."
