I can’t rave enough about this hotel.. it far beyond exceeded our expectations! The staff was excellent! The service was excellent! The concierge was excellent! We loved it so much every-time we tried to venture out, we wanted to go back! Because nothing compared to it . The food was empecable, the tea time service .. unmatched . We are very avid travelers and like to be pampered when we go on vacation . Of this is you! Stay here!!!! BTW the Japanese spa accommodations were excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to the pickiest of travelers.

The next level five star experience

I had very high expectations for Les Trois Rois and the staff exceeded such to include the single room (exceptional for "lower entry" class), the valet (top notch), reception, and concierge who was able to get me into the Chavel Blanc last minute. That 3 star michelin experience requires its own review. Do not miss a chance to stay there when in Basel. I will return each year from my plCe in the Swiss Alps.
