"The main reason we stay at the Kurrajong when in Canberra is its history and the refurb which was really well done.The location is good for the National Gallery and Happy Hour is a good thing to do also. Felt that Room Service was a bit overpriced but Chifley's Bar puts on a good breakfast and the outdoor lawn area is nice."

"It was okay. There's not much to do in the area, but it's very peaceful. Back in November I booked a 1bdrm place for a few days leading up to NYE. Got downgraded to a studio on arrival, because other guests wanted to stay longer. They refunded some of the cost. The venue was nice."

"We booked last minute ie when we arrived in Canberra, and had to wait nearly 2 hours to receive both the online instructions and get keys to access the place - all the while waiting in our car. There is NO reception desk so gained assistance from other residents on how to use elevator as swipe box was hidden behind padded lift liner, plus parking not numbered in any particular order - need a map. Once we were in we were comfortable and happy with the facilities and location. Lovely pub...
