"We booked through Expedia, which was a mistake. I printed all of the reservation confirmation information which stated the arrangements for check-in after 9PM needed prior handling. However NO WHERE in the reservation confirmation was a phone number for Rainbow Courts nor for Expedia. I found a number for the motel on the internet but it ended up being a chat bot that didn’t recognize my itinerary number nor my phone number after repeating both multiple times. So frustrating. "Needs a huge renovation and updated. The front door is broken and has suction cup handles on it you have to pull apart. The staff (woman) was rude to my mother in law. Bathroom downstairs out of order, breakfast awful. Room was “cleaned” but carpet was gross. It’s very outdated. AC took awhile to cool off the room, bed was ok, and the shower was hot, but that’s it. No amenities- no pool or outdoor area, the area is run down and there’s an RV park next door it looks like people live...

"I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. "First let me start by saying that the front desk employees did their job. But the room was AWFUL. Room 114. The bed was so NOISY that I know the neighboring rooms complained. It was the worst bed EVER. It’s like the bed was rigged to stay up. I saw roaches all over the room. They need to have Orkin come spray the rooms. Everything was OLD. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding."

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with our stay. My wife was about to take a shower and then realized that we did not have any hot water. She had to get dressed and then we had wait for the front desk help to assess the issue. He then proceeded to check other rooms and realized some other ones did not have hot water. He finally found one that did not and then we had to pavk up all of stuff and move to the new room. At least the shower had hot water but the bathroom door was broken...
