"Mateo is so kind and considerate. I had to make a last-minute change to this apartment-hotel due to another suddenly- and without warning - using heavily fragrances cleaners that qould have sent me to the hospital, and Mateo welcomed me in and made me feel completely at home.
Paola is wonderful. She's very kind and accomodating to cleaning on your schedule. She really takes care of you and makes you feel at home.

"Its located in a not-so-pretty neighborhood. Hotel room was clean, shower was super tight, bathroom overall was ok. For the price it seemed fine to me but id probably be willing to spend a bit more at a different hotel next time"
