The stay was fantastic. Clean room, quiet, close to the airport. Perfect for a long layover in Guam.

Very nice front desk staff. Some of the appliances in the hotel room were incredibly outdated, but you could tell they were slowly modernizing them. The A/C worked well enough, not super cold but still comfortable. Really nice partial ocean view, and having a washer/dryer in the hotel room itself ...

そもそもチェックイン方法のメールが来ず、電話しても留守番電話になり、結局現地で途方にくれた。 貴重な家族での海外旅行が台無しになった。

The place reminds me of the slums areas of america's cities. It is very run down and abandoned. There are junk abandoned cars all over the place. Only the tourist (hotel) areas seem to be maintained. Daily life is expensive for the residents.
