We knew that Barneveld was devastated by a tornado in 1984 & we thought there’d be a museum. There was not, but was told that the library had many articles /stories about that terrible event.

Haven't stayed there in a year. They haven't made any improvements since then. Don't plan on watching TV because half of the channels don't come through and they have three different lists of Channel guides, none of which actually match what is programmed on the tv, so you get the fun of slowly scrolling ...

We drove to Mt. Horeb and ate at the Grumpy Troll. Great area. Lot's of fun. My 6 year old grandson is still talking about the Cave of the Mounds. Great trip.
