The apartment has a room equipped with a double bed that guarantees a relaxing rest. It has a small full bathroom with a shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day exploring the city. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, allowing you to prepare meals and drinks with comfort.



The space includes air conditioning and heat pump to keep you comfortable in any season of the year. Additionally, it has free WiFi, television and an iron for your convenience. A 20 m terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor moments in the heart of Barcelona.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking lot within approximately 400 meters of the apartment.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of 5.50€ per adult (over 16 years old) and per night up to a maximum of seven nights.



It is necessary to do the online check-in before arrival, we will be delighted to provide assistance to complete it.
