Sleeping 6 people comfortably our apartment is fully equipped with WIFI, all mod cons, Integrated Aircon/ Heating & SMART technology. You'll enjoy the authenticity of Eixample living with the comfort of simple luxury.

With two ample bedrooms both with En suite, quality beds, bedding & soft furnishings, blackout shutters, bedside lighting and SMART TV & full length mirror, you'll enjoy the pleasure of your own private space.

MASTER BEDROOM - With large double bed, plenty of hanging space & storage for your belongings the master bedroom has balcony overlooking modernist Eixample, bedside lighting, quality bedding and soft furnishings have been specially chosen for comfort & simple luxury. A wall mounted SMART TV is provided for your entertainment.

EN SUITE - With walk in rain shower, Hand basin, WC and heated towel rail, the En suite bathroom is simple, modern, white and clean in design. Fresh fluffy towels are provided, as is a professional hairdryer, Shampoo & Hand soap so you can pack light.

BEDROOM TWO - With quality twin beds, the second bedroom is modern in design, with quality bedding, beds & soft furnishings. Bedside lighting and black - out ensure a good night's sleep. A wall mounted SMART TV is there for those that like to listen to music, catch up on the daily news or a grab late night movies on Netflix.

BATHROOM TWO - With twin sinks, a powerful hydro-massage shower, WC, large Mirror & professional hairdryer means you can pack light. Fluffy white towels, hand soap & Shampoo are all provided.

THE LOUNGE / DINER - Reaching from one end of the apartment to the other, the lounge diner feels spacious and welcoming, following the same colour palette throughout the space is both modern and warm.
A large SMART TV, plenty of guides and books are provided, along with our own personally written insiders recommendations on where to eat, drink & visit.
The balcony has views of modernist buildings and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.

The Dining table seats 6 and you have all the amenities for entertaining at home, many of guests like to buy fresh at the market and cook at home.

THE KITCHEN - With a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, Nespresso machine Juicer, Toaster, Kettle, hob, Cooker, microwave & washer /Dryer the kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of quality dinnerware & glasses for those that like to eat at home.

The apartment has a safety deposit box, Iron & Ironing board for your ease & comfort.

For those travelling with children we can also provide a Crib, high chair, play cot or stroller for a small extra charge if needed, we are parents too and understand the little things that can make your travels just that little be easier, just ask us upon booking.

Our entire apartment is yours to relax & feel at home in, we simply ask that you treat and respect it as if it were yours.

The Eixample neighbourhood is one of the most sought after in Barcelona, with its tree lined avenues & Modernist buildings on every street, you really couldn't ask for a better location.

This prime central location has easy access to the airport, train stations & the entire city, the most iconic sights of Barcelona are a short walk away. Some of the most delightful cafes, bars and restaurants are found in the modernist Eixample neighborhood, there really is no better location from which to explore, this wonderful city.

Set out in a grid like pattern Eixample is divided into two parts separated by passeig de Gracia in the middle. Eixample Derecha & Eixample Izquierda (left and right) Homes are large and spacious and make the most of the space, with often street to interior layouts, our apartment sits just one street to the right of Paseo De Gracia, a magnificent location surrounded by the delights of Modernism & Art Nouveaux.

There is plenty to see and do in Eixample and its a nice retreat after a full day of sightseeing, You won't feel overrun with tourism, unlike the downtown areas of the city.

Eixample is chic, cosmopolitan & stylish, we know you'll love Eixample, just as much we do!

Travel to and from the Airport / Train Station is very easy & efficient. The airport bus stops just two and a half blocks away, takes about 40 minutes and a taxi door to door will cost around 30EUR and take 20 minutes.

There are plenty of taxis on your doorstep and the nearest metro is Girona L4, 2 minutes away with disabled access.

Of course from this central location, walking everywhere is also very viable.

As of April 2017, We, as 'Hosts' are required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport details of ALL of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel.

- Check in is after 2pm and check out is before 11am on your last day. Failure to check out prior to 11am will incur a 50% of the nightly charge fee, unless you have prior written agreement with us.

- Please remove all rubbish on departure and dispose of it in the street bins opposite the apartment.
