Modern, large apartment renovated keeping original parts with high ceiling. With a small balcony where you can admire the beautiful architecture of the different buildings of the street located between Gracia and Eixample areas.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
1 double bedroom
1 individual bedroom

Also, in the living room there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people, so the capacity of the apartment is up to 5 people. The apartment has a kitchen and 1 full bathroom and has air conditioning, heating and free WIFI high speed internet. In addition, there is a flat-screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.

The apartment is located in the border between Gracia and Eixample neighborhoods in few meters from Avenguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia. This location offers an ideal opportunity to discover two of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona. Gracia is more traditional with its spacious plazas filled with bar and local restaurants. Eixample is more modern and has large avenues like Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia where you find luxury shops, chic restaurants and Gaudi building “La Pedrera” and “Casa Batlló”. Also, the apartment is located only in 10 minutes walking from historic center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya and Gothic area).

We stayed in this apartment for 2 1/2 weeks while our son was participating in a Barcelona soccer academy. Overall the apartment was great. We had a fabulous stay. Pros: -Location, location, location! So close to everything -we felt very safe. Having to use a key to enter the building and then the apartment gave an extra sense of security -much more spacious than going the hotel route I worked with Luis and he was great. Traveling from the US and this being our first time here I had a lot of questions and he answered them promptly and eased a lot of my nerves. He was easy to get ahold of before and during our stay and was only a couple doors down the street If we needed anything. Cons: -the walls are pretty thin so you hear every noise outside and from the people upstairs -the bathroom door didn't close, so there was no privacy in that matter

Positiv: Die Kommunikation zum Check-in und -out war hervorragend, wir durften am letzten Tag auch unser Gepäck im Büro lassen, Mitarbeiter von Aparteasy sind sehr hilfsbereit und superfreundlich, die Lage ist bestens (um die Ecke von der Casa Milla, Metrostation "Diagonal", Supermärkten, netten Restaurants und kleinen Läden direkt um die Ecke), Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, Duschwasser war immer sofort warm Negativ: Das Schlafsofa ist total durch (man kann nicht drauf schlafen), die Polster müssten alle mal gereinigt werden, vieles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, nachts ist es von der Straße her sehr laut, aber man wohnt dort auch mittendrin..., kein heißes/ warmes Wasser in der Küchenspüle (muss man sich mit einem sehr kleinen Wasserkocher heiß machen). Geschirr war bei der Ankunft recht eklig und musste nochmal gespült werden.

Me ha gustado la ubicación. Tendríais que informar que no hay ascensor. Creo que por el precio, las toallas deberían ser mejores. Son muy básicas y pequeñas. Mejorar un poco el mantenimiento. No lo recomendaría. Gracias

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen dort. Leider gibt es nur drei richtige Betten, das Schlafsofa bietet keinen angemessenen Schlafkomfort für 2 Erwachsene. Die Küchenausstattung könnte reichhaltiger sein. Es gibt kaum Gläser. Insgesamt gehört das Appartement mal grundgereinigt, insbesondere die Dusche. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nahe der Metro Station Diagonal womit man sehr schnell überall hinkommt. Der Erstzugang erfolgt über einen Internetlink, leider gibt es vor der Wohnungstüre aber nur schlechten Empfang.

We enjoyed our stay at Gracia Dream. Great central location to see all the sites of Barcelona. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby as well. The street can get a little noisy at times, but at night it was quiet.

Thanks to the Easy Apart Team, they have been very open minded, cordial and always supported us in any case of request. The Garcia Dream Appartment was nice, modern and clean. The location is central but also a bit noisy. Hasta ja proxima vez. Saludos de Berlin

Beautifully furnished apartment in a grreat location. Easily walk to many squares, bars and restaurants. Close to all major metro lines. Gothic quarter is a 20 minute walk. Manager was very helpful and informative. Only gripe is that there were a few broken items in the apartment such as light bulbs and the washer door. Internet access was speedy and the street was quiet at night.

Pas de connexion internet pendant le séjour de 4 jours, éclairage défectueux ( il manquait des ampoules) fuite du lavabo , très peu fourni en matériel basique ( tasses , verres) sèche cheveux fourni , incompatible avec la prise de courant....... Logement qui reste cher par rapport aux prestations annoncées. De plus des taxes se surajoutent au prix de la nuitée: abritel se sert au passage et ensuite le logeur ! Je ne renouvelerai pas une telle expérience.
