The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining area equipped with chairs and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.



The bedroom features a double bed and spacious wardrobes. The elegant bathroom, complete with a shower cabin, provides towels for use upon your arrival at the apartment.



This apartment does not have private parking. However, a public car park is located approximately 150 metres from the apartment.



No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of £6.05 per adult and night up to a maximum of seven nights.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your entry is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.



Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30.
