 architect house, spacious, recent 2009, very clear. each room has its cabinet. bedding is new. The workshop has two bikes, the workshop overlooks the kitchen access to the sea is on foot by a path and a driveway through the wood. the trip is pleasant and secure the beach is large, gently sloping and very family. dunes and woods offer beautiful walks without the need to take the car

Lovely gite in great location

This is a spacious property and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor area with its lovely parasol and table and chairs. We ate all our meals there. It’s well equipped and we were greeted by the friendly and very helpful owners. Noirmoutier itself offers lots to explore, lots of beaches, one within a few minutes walk from the house. The bikes were great fun and we enjoyed cycling to the bakers and hiring a tandem down the road for a long day cycling around the island. Beautiful scenery and hot and sunny weather all combined for a memorable week.

Calme, entre plages et commerces

Idealement située (plage, commerces, marais et pistes cyclables) la maison est calme, confortable et parfaitement équipée et décorée. Les exterieurs permettent de profiter du soleil. Merci à Christelle & Denis pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. A bientÎt !

Séjour agréable entre amis

Maison agrĂ©able et bien tenue, idĂ©ale pour une famille avec enfants (suite parentale au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, 2 chambres plus petites Ă  l'Ă©tage). Les Ă©changes avec les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© diligents et efficaces. Nous avons passĂ© toutes nos soirĂ©es dans le patio, Ă  l'arriĂšre, et ce fut trĂšs agrĂ©able. Belles balades dans la forĂȘt littorale, qui offre l'un plus beaux poumons verts de l'Île.

Charmante maison lumineuse et trĂšs propre

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison trĂšs bien entretenue, Ă©quipĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. La terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able et les trois chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La plage de la BarbĂątre Ă  proximitĂ© (environ 1km Ă  pieds en passant notamment par un joli chemin dans la forĂȘt) est vaste, peu frĂ©quentĂ©e, et en pente douce, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour de jeunes enfants.

Je conseille cet hĂ©bergement. Nous avons vĂ©cu 15 jours dans cette maison avec 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans). Calme, proximitĂ© avec la forĂȘt, la plage et les commerces, un emplacement voiture, 3 chambres disponibles, terrasse sont les atouts de cette maison.

AprĂšs un accueil chaleureux des propriĂ©taires, nous avons dĂ©couvert la location et sommes tombĂ©s sous son charme. Very lovely stay

We had a great week’s holiday at Christelle and Denis’s house in Barbatre. They were charming and took time to explain everything and make us feel at home. The area is very quiet, and the calm was appreciated. Its ideal if you’re looking for some peace. The beach facing the ocean was within walking distance but quite windy, however a 15-minute drive took us to the more sheltered beaches of the bay. The house was very lovely, furnished with taste and everything was just as described. We loved the outside spaces and especially the walled garden for its flowers, shade, privacy and was perfect for our evening meals outside. A very relaxing holiday, in a charming house.

Ein Ort zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern freundlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann sich hier zu Hause fĂŒhlen. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Ganz wunderbar fanden wir die Terasse und den vorderen Außenbereich. In der Hausbeschreibung wird die BettgrĂ¶ĂŸe erwĂ€hnt. Wer groß ist, sollte hier noch einmal genau hinschauen, sonst könnte es vielleicht unbequem werden. Große Empfehlung, wir können uns gut vorstellen, einmal wieder hier Urlaub zu machen!

Erstklassige Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt In Barbartre. Die Ferienwohnung liegt gleich hinter den DĂŒnen und dem kleinen Pinienwald, in ruhiger Umgebung und strandnah. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und exzellent ausgestattet, inklusive Internet. Es fehlt an nichts! Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man das Zentrum von Barbatre in max. 10 Minuten, mit BĂ€cker, Supermarkt und Wochenmarkt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Une charmante maison proche de la forĂȘt et d'une sublime plage prĂ©servĂ©e

La maison est situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel trĂšs calme. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© d'une des plus grande plage de Noiremoutier avec sa dune et son environnement sauvage dont la forĂȘt qui propose des petits sentiers pour aller courir ou se promener. On peut aussi partir de la maison Ă  vĂ©lo pour faire de grandes balades. Une boulangerie et le marchĂ© 2 fois par semaine sont trĂšs pratiques. Merci pour les 2 vĂ©los Ă  disposition et leurs paniers qui nous ont bien servi pour les courses de proximitĂ©. Les restaurants, bars et commerces plus diversifiĂ©s tous regroupĂ©s au village de Noiremoutier accessible en voiture (compter environ 20 mn) depuis la maison avec de nombreux parkings aux alentours. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec son salon de jardin et ses transats. Elle possĂšde une double orientation et donc 2 cĂŽtĂ©s permettant de profiter du soleil suivant l'heure de la journĂ©e. A l'intĂ©rieur, les enfants ont apprĂ©ciĂ©s la dĂ©coration des chambres du haut et la salle de bain et nous la chambre du bas avec sa salle de bain attenante. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ© au niveau des appareils et des ustensiles. Merci pour tout.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans la maison de Christelle ,elle est lumineuse et agréable à vivre. Nous avons profité de la plage(10 min à pied),des balades à pied sous la pinÚde et des promenades en vélos . Belle destination !!!
