For your vacation, Le Temps des Vacances is pleased to offer you this beautiful air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large terrace, and in the heart of downtown Bandol. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is ideally located 300m from the center and shops and 500m from the sandy beaches. You can park your vehicle in the private space in the underground garage and leave it alone during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. For the sleeping area, you will find 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 bed and the second with a 160x200 bed. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for separate sleeping. For amenities, you have a new bathroom and separate toilet. Regarding the exterior, you have access to a beautiful terrace of just over 90m² overlooking the living room. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with Wi-Fi. This is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol, pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute reservations. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
