"This is a great place to stay with a pub close by owned by the same family. The lodges are beautifully designed and well furnished. The main bedroom is very spacious with a generously sized bed; the bed settee was also used during our stay and made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. "We loved our stay at Burmese Castle! What especially stood out where the castle grounds, including beautiful gardens and even a hedge maze which the kids loved. I so enjoyed walking around the grounds in the evening time, enjoying all of the flowers and hidden surprises. Surprises. The accommodations were quite comfortable, though there was a little bit of noise from the pipes in some of the bedrooms."

"Cormac was excellent very friendly and professional and helpful. He had loads of recommendations of places to visit in area. Lodge was modern well equipped and spotless. A very safe and secure location with coded gates. Fantastic base for exploring the area and so close to greenway. Would highly reccomend checking it out"
