"Its ok"

"The resort has amazing pools meandering through. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This resort has beautiful gardens and is an oasis virtually on the beach. They have reserved sunloungers on the beach for guest. Our only concern was the breakfast which was mostly all cooked and did not include the basics, such as Yoghurts, Cereals, Green Tea. If Hennan fixed their food offering, nowhere else could compete."

"Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup created some confusion. The check-in process also felt a bit outdated—an app or online pre-check-in would streamline things and eliminate the unnecessary lines. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a tough rating—4 feels too low, but 5 feels slightly high in some areas. Overall, though, it’s a great value for what you get."

"Room was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. Our experience started off poorly, with a number of complaints. Some things remained unresolved, however the staff did everything within their powers to rectify things. The rooms facing the entrance were noisy, and the walls between rooms did not block noise well Location was great, right near Dmall"
