Great spa hotel but rooms need improvement

The Spa/Swimming areas are amazing. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help. Dinner food ok. Breakfast excellent. Rooms are dated and poorly furnished. Nice area.

Schönes Hotel

Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel und vor allem der Wellnessbereich sind wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Saunameister, die Aufgüsse sind abwechslungsreich und man hat echt das Gefühl, dass der Gast Ihnen wichtig ist (ACDC bei dem Birkenaufguss👍). Die Kellner sind bemüht aber der Service ist noch ausbaufähig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung für eine kurze Auszeit.
