We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. "Very nice place, well maintained, extremely clean, very big room, excellent breakfast beautifully presented and very fresh, big parking lot. Every staff person was lovely, kind and welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. I definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure trip, alone or with loved ones. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff!!"

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...
