"Great venue but many problems encountered: 1. Housekeeping leaving at dishes in the room for over 24hrs 2. Housekeeping coming at 530pm when we wanted to get into our room 3 housekeeping refusing to wash our 6 month old baby’s bottles and refusing to give us any detergent or cleaner to Do it ourselves. In the end the reception staff took pity on us and cleaned them for us 4. Housekeeping putting on wet bedsheets 5. House taxi dropping us in the wrong place despite having to pay x5 the cost of regular taxi 6. Housekeeping not shutting balcony doors when they left so air con stayed off and many flies got in our room. Overall reception staff and management were friendly. Food was outstanding. Gym/spa/pool was very nice. Housekeeping was lousy. As a gesture we were given a complimentary breakfast. However Not sure if stay there again."

"It was an amazing apartment. Very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. Great views. We were a family of 6 adults. There were 3 bathrooms, including one attached to the main bedroom. Decent kitchen with cups & cutlery. There was a coffee machine (guests to buy pods). The whole apartment has one portable AC. It was not a trouble (we stayed in May), but there were no ceiling or pedestal fans; which we found a bit inconvenient. The host, Youssra, was very friendly and responsive whenever we needed to contact. She uses WhatsApp, and can speak good English. The free breakfast was truly awesome. It's in a waterfront tented restaurant with a decent fine dining setup (host facilitates this and you just go tell that you are from this property). The staff were very courteous. Just one thing to note, we landed in Casablanca in the morning and took a cab to this place. The checkin was at 3 and there was no place/reception/security to leave our bags ahead of checkin. The host made it clear and it was not her fault, but we literally got held up not able to leave our bags anywhere."

"Our favourite part was the gold lounge. We had Adam and Amin for most of our stay. They were so attentive and so friendly and helpful. They made our stay standout! Hats off to the helpful reception staff as well. I just need to say thou that Adam and Amin should be promoted, wonderful and gave history, and stories and just really took care of us. The fairmont was the last 4 days of our 15 days in Morocco and it made an impression that no other place did, in the best way! So comfortable, so clean, our room was always cleaned up and afternoon snacks waiting for us when we returned. I cannot say enough about this hotel or our stay, I highly recommend the gold king balcony suite. Please pass on our extreme pleasure with reception, Amin and Adam in the gold lounge and a small shout out to Ishmail that we only had for a couple of hours but was also great."
