We have over 500 sq feet of covered outdoor living area. There is over 1400 sq feet of game rooms, and a few of the TV's in the home have 20,000 games on them. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with 2 optional ADU’s. For groups over 10, there is an ADU behind the house, and this has a Full bath, TV, fridge, and coffee bar. For groups of 14 or more, there is a second ADU with King bed in loft (over 400 square feet counting loft). This ADU has a TV, coffee bar, fridge, microwave, and full bath. To be clear, this property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with optional ADU's. See pics! Private gated ranch on acreage, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Parking for up to 20 cars. Heated 7.5’ x 12’ Swim Spa and a separate Hot Tub! The Brooks wedding venue is about 11-13 minutes away.
There is a optional Kayo S200 2 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $900 for the 2 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear. There is also a $500 deposit, that is fully refundable, assuming no damage to ATV. We require advance notice.
