"Great location with beautiful sea views. The spa is fantastic, and breakfast offers a good variety of options. The renovated restaurant is also a nice improvement. However, the guest rooms are in need of renovation and updating. Having stayed at this hotel multiple times, I have also noticed several cost-cutting measures that, unfortunately, have affected both the level of service and the overall value of the experience. For example, evening turndown service is no longer offered, and water is now provided with paper cups rather than proper glasses. This hotel has many wonderful qualities and a lot of potential, but I hope management focuses on maintaining the level of service and attention to detail that returning guests have come to expect, rather than allowing cost reductions to diminish the overall experience."

"The hotel itself is fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Room fine very clean, good towels. The bed linen not the best and needs a better duvet. We wanted to be close to the cruise ship so we stayed one night. The area is pretty rough so likely I would not stay for more than a night if you need convenience. Nicer areas for dinner a short cab ride away."

"My wife and I spent three nights here prior to a Mediterranean cruise. The hotel feels new and is well maintained. The furnishings are light and modern. The staff were exceedingly helpful. The hotel is located in the port area, close to many restaurants and several minimarts. The area is safe, walkable, with shops nearby. Our only regret was the absence of an English language tv station."
