The primary bedroom includes a California King bed with a new (2024) Leesa Legend Hybrid Mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks located on the second floor with one half wall open to the stairwell. The downstairs second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with shared access to a third full bath. You can be in Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead in minutes. The Avon Transportation Center is adjacent to the property with a shuttle to Vail and Bustang service to Denver. Walk to a variety of restaurants and shops in Avon, or take the shuttle to the main village of Beaver Creek.
