Located in a quiet North Avon neighborhood, this welcoming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath semi-oceanfront home offers beautiful Atlantic views, spacious living areas, and a beach access walkway just steps from the driveway. With plenty of room for family, friends, and your four-legged companions, it's the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal vacation.

The bright and airy upper-level living area features soaring cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and breathtaking ocean views. Gather for family meals in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar, or settle into the living area to relax after a day in the sun. For a little extra entertainment, head up to the tower room, complete with a 42-inch TV and surround sound, perfect for movie nights or a quiet retreat.

With three king bedrooms and a fourth bedroom featuring a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk, Waking Dream offers comfortable accommodations for families and groups traveling together. Each bedroom includes a TV and ceiling fan, while three bedrooms offer direct access to the decks, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Some of the home's best features are waiting outdoors! Relax on the expansive furnished decks, watch dolphins playing in the surf, or enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise over the Atlantic. When you're ready for the beach, the nearby walkway makes heading toward the ocean a breeze. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower or take advantage of the seasonal community pool and tennis courts.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for easy sound access, watersports, and beautiful views across the Pamlico Sound.

Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open seasonally. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Beach Access: The beach access walkway is just steps from the house! Located at 39301 Angelfish Road in Avon, Waking Dream sits approximately 20 feet from the entrance to the nearby neighborhood beach walkway. Follow the walkway toward the ocean and continue over the sandy dunes to reach the beach. Please be aware that the dune crossing includes soft sand and may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations or heavy beach equipment.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee.
