Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Blick von dem Grundstück über Noto ist fantastisch, der beheizte Pool ein Traum. Die Villa ist stylisch. Man sollte vielleicht folgendes wissen. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss gleicht einer Leiter und zum Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss gibt es nur Dusche und Waschbecken, aber kein WC. Internet bzw. WLAn fällt leicht aus. Bei dem Billardtisch laut Inserat handelt es sich um Tischfußball.

A peaceful Villa with amazing view

The property is amazing, designed down to the very last detail both indoor and outdoor. The area around the pool is huge and well organised with sundbeds and big umbrella. The outdoor dining table is perfect when the wether is good. Nice idea both the bowls area. Amazing view from the terraces of the mediterranean sea and the city of Noto. The sourrounding area is calm and relaxing. The property is wery well furnished and efficient. The house keeper is very helpful and also a very good chef. She prepared a beautiful dinner with tipical Sicilian dishes. The Owner has been really kind in providing all the necessary information. We really suggest some days spent at the Casa Rucollina

June 2019 Family Trip

Amazing stay...Love, Love, Love this house, the countryside and the near proximity of the Beach. We would definitely rate this vacation as one of our best in the last couple of years. Can’t wait to get back to Sicily and to Noto!

Almost perfect

Lovely luxurious property in delightful setting. Just a slither away from being perfect... A guest book with personal recommendations from other guests? Improved lighting and cupboard layout in the kitchen area? And from personal experience...emergency contact numbers & addresses. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. (We particularly recommend the wonderful pool.)

LOVED this house!!

We absolutely loved this house! It was incredibly beautiful, private, luxurious, spacious. We were there as two families with 3 11 year olds and one 9 year old and the kids had a fabulous time. If you ask them what their favorite part of the trip was it was "staying at the villa". To me, the listing doesn't truly capture the beauty. I'm looking forward to returning. If you stay make sure you visit Cafe Scilia in downtown Noto.

Top Lage - Top Ausstattung

Wir waren mit zwei Familien für neun Tage über Ostern in diesem tollen Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Das Haus ist einzigartig und dennoch alltagstauglich! Tina hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Incredible home & property!

My husband & I, along with our 3 children (ages 6, 4, & 2) stayed at this home for a week in November. And although the "high" season in Noto was coming to an end, our children still enjoyed the pool a few of the days we were there! The property sits atop a mountain & has panoramic views of the Sea, city of Noto, and surrounding mountains. It is breathtaking. The sunsets on the rooftop deck are unmatched. We were a quick 5-10 minute drive into Noto, and only about 15-20 mins to the beach. The home itself is very intentional in layout & design. The bedrooms are spread out enough to have quiet & privacy but the kitchen & living areas are all open to each other to have community & interaction whether you are working in the kitchen or lounging by the fireplace. The only "interesting" thing to note was the bedroom & bathroom upstairs does not have a toilet, so we did not end up using that space. Tina, the house manager, was incredibly attentive & friendly. She spoke wonderful English & took great care of us. The in-ground trampoline was another added bonus for the kiddos outside as my husband and I could sit & watch them, while overlooking the Sea & city, sipping on our glasses of wine! Could not say more great things about this home!

Beautiful and spacious place- great seanviews and of Noto

This was an excellent holiday for us and Herlinde and Linda couldn’t be more helpful. The place was clean, spacious and stunning on arrival with all the ameneties you need for a holiday. The house is bery well designed with great big windows providing fantastic views and good lighting design to set the mood in the evenings. Great option to eat outside too with the views of Noto- sunset drinks are ideal. Highly recommend a holiday here and great base for the beaches as well as Baroque towns. Thank you Herlinde and Linda!

Contemporary Home with Views of the Val d Noto

This property is in an excellent location for exploring southeastern Sicily. Remarkably well appointed and well designed, it sits perched above the surrounding landscape overlooking Noto. High quality furnishings both inside and out and a large pool make this a great place to stay. There is tons of privacy and the house is surrounded by olives, almonds, and wild peppery arugula. Despite an uncharacteristically wet week we had a great time in the lovely area baroque villages and relaxing around the pool. Noto is a beautiful small city with lots of great restaurants. If you appreciate contemporary home architecture and beautiful cement , stone, and plasterwork you will enjoy exploring the architectural details of this home designed and owned by a Belgian architect. Our family highly recommends it!

Absolutely fantastic!

We had two absolut wonderful weeks in Casa Ruccolina. We enjoyed every minute of if and it was even better than we hoped for. Reality really exceeds the pictures and that is very rare. The house is beautiful, comfortable, perfect designed with nothing left to ask for. The outside maintaince the same high standard with a generous pool, a big deck area and due to the high location on top of a hill there is nice breeze. The outside dining perfect with a big table and a lot of chairs. The location is great with stunning views over the hills, sea and sky and it is very charming and handy to have Noto close. The area is very calm with neighbours at a distans. An absolut perfect place in the sun!

Design villa in stunning location

A very modern villa with 360 views over Noto, the coast and the countryside. Lovely pool and the trampoline kept our toddlers entertained. Lots of design features, lovely airy main area. Kitchen is functional and well equipped, outside dining area wonderful. The feature staircase to the roof terrace and master bedroom was not easy to use for any of us. The lack of a toilet in the master bedroom ensuite facility is odd, as are the transparent ensuite bathroom walls. We loved our stay though, and would probably return, just have our doubts about design which is more form over function. Tina the housekeeper speaks perfect English and was a great help when a storm affected the water supply.

A well designed modern villa on a huge area, with fascinating views of Noto area.

This is one of the most beatiful houses that we ever rent. The villa has a beautiful and modern design, with a lot of thoughts for comfort and unique design in every corner... The villa is situated in an agricultural area, in a high point, overlooking Noto area and the sea. The villa has very comfortable 4 bedrooms, well equiped, with fantastic outdoor facilities. We would definitely like to spend more vacation time in this villa.

Sublime!!!!

Une villa très récente qui rentre dans la catégorie des "maisons d'architecte". Un juste équilibre entre la pureté des volumes et la qualité de l'espace intérieur. L'ambiance qui se dégage est apaisante et permet de vivre un séjour 100% dans la tranquillité et le bien être. Il faut souligner la qualité de la décoration et des œuvres d'artistes, qui font partie intégrante de la maison. La situation de la villa est très privilégiée avec une vue imprenable sur Noto qui par ailleurs est une ville magnifique.Un mot également sur la piscine de 16 mètres qui permet de faire "vraiment" de la natation ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Nous avons l'habitude des louer des villas en Italie en Espagne ou en Grèce mais il certain que cette villa est l'une des plus belles que nous ayons louée. A noter également la bienveillance de la propriétaire à laquelle s'ajoutent la gentillesse des personnes qui s'occupent de la maison sur place. Cette villa est un vrai bonheur !!!!!
