"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"Ein tolles Apartment mit Klima und Smart TV. Mit großer Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir neue Bettwäsche und neue Handtücher. Auch wenn der Pub unterhalb lange geöffnet hat war es im Zimmer nicht zu hören."

"Un cadre magnifique d’un hôtel ancien avec une végétation incroyable. Mais la prestation hôtelière catastrophique. Ménage très approximatif, petit déjeuner très très limité en choix. Un hôtel qui n’a pas etait retouché depuis sa construction. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec de beaux balcon mais le mobilier vieux et inconfortable. Vraiment dommage parce qu’il pourrait être magnifique. Perso je l’ai réservé en connaissant les défauts (j’avais lu les avis) parfait pour la localisation et surtout...
