"We arrived at the hotel/apt and there was no room for us. We were sent 10 min away by csr to another apt, but it was under construction. That location also did not provide breakfast, which we had paid for. We were promised a full refund but it has not been issued after 5 days and hotels.com has been unhelpful with the situation. I would not work with any of these actors again. Really bad business: don't provide the paid-for service and then delay the refund. "

"We had such a wonderful stay here whilst on holiday in BA. The staff were the difference, so friendly and helpful, made the stay even more enjoyable. Felt like a boutique hotel with all the trimmings, would recommend for anyone looking for a lovely hotel."

"Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. Lots of great restaurants/bars a short walk away; shopping; craft markets and an easy trip to other popular areas and the local Jorge Newbury airport. Great breakfast. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful esp in booking taxis to /from the airports. I’ve been returning there for years. "
