I recently stayed at here (Room 408) over the weekend 5/23-25 and I am compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.
The ceiling had a noticeable leak, and I could see what appeared to be mold growing in the area. The furniture was in poor condition; the sofa bed was ripped, and the mattress was stained. To make matters worse, we found a roach on the kitchen counter, which was quite disgusting.
The comforters also had stains, which made it uncomfortable to use them. I requested additional blankets because we chose not to sleep with the comforters. The whole room had an unpleasant smell of mold, further adding to our discomfort.
Given these issues, I believe the price we were charged was unjustified. Overall, I will not be returning to this hotel chain in the future. I hope you take these concerns seriously to improve the quality of your accommodations.
