The Space:

Soft winter light pours through the living‑room windows as you step onto the patio with a warm drink, letting the gentle Austin breeze set the tone for a relaxed stay. After a day of exploring downtown music venues or the university campus, you can unwind on the sofa sleeper while the city hums softly outside. Evenings invite you to dip into the shared pool during its year‑round hours or soak in the hot tub, then retreat to a quiet bedroom for a restful night.



Living space

The open‑concept layout blends the living area and kitchen, anchored by a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen‑size sofa sleeper. Direct patio access extends the space outdoors, offering a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening reflection.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen supports everyday cooking, and a breakfast nook provides casual seating for meals, coffee, or planning the day ahead while staying connected to the living area.



Sleeping arrangements

Three private bedrooms each feature a queen bed. A fourth bedroom includes a twin bed and serves as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. The living area adds a queen‑size sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is available as needed. Linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.



Bathrooms

Four full bathrooms each include a bathtub or shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials, giving ample privacy for larger groups.



Work & connectivity

High‑speed Wifi and an Ethernet connection support remote work or streaming, while the dedicated workspace offers separation when you need focus. Central air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable through Austin’s mild winter season.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step onto your private patio or balcony, or enjoy the shared outdoor pool (year‑round, set hours) and shared hot tub. A shared gym nearby and a playground area add options for active guests. The backyard provides additional open space for relaxation.



Access, parking & stay details

A private entrance, self‑check‑in via smart lock, and free on‑site parking (plus free street parking) make arrival effortless. The home is single‑level with no stairs, pet‑friendly, and suited for short or long‑term stays. Exterior security cameras face outward at the front door, and a noise monitor helps maintain quiet hours.

East Riverside offers a residential, peaceful setting with green spaces nearby and easy access to downtown Austin, the University of Texas, and the airport. Live music, dining, and cultural attractions are within reach, while the quiet neighborhood provides a restful retreat after a day of city adventures.

The host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if those facilities are closed for maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
