Staff is amazing as always, very friendly and always welcoming. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Locaton is convenient, next to highway but surprisingly very quiet. 10/10 recommend!
3rd time staying here & This time I got the pleasure of being in the newly renovated studio like room.
Huge king size bed, mini fridge, lots of space, very Clean. It was definitely worth the return.
Staff on site are always welcoming & kind each and every time I stay.
I keep coming back to Skylite Inn because of the amazing price, and the wonderful hospitality experience provided by the staffs. They truly care about their guests, especially the front desk morning person. You feel safe around here, quiet, and everything looks clean and well taken care of. I will be come back to stay again.
This room was clean, and no bugs! The sheets were kinda papery. Bring your own blankets. The price was nice and I’m glad I stayed. I was comfortable and safe.
At front I was second like a family all of them greet me so warmly , staff is so friendly, vishal n bryan at front desk gave excellent directions as well for austin must visit points , beds n pillow are so comfortable, my room ac was brand new . I wish they had pool but I needed good sleep . I m very very. Happy the location .
Enjoyed the stay ! Owner of the hotel and entire staff treated us the goody bags .
I got very newly renovated rooms.
They are still under renovations and I am looking forward to rent presidential suite !
Double security doors safe and very quiet because rooms walls made by brick or rock hahah !!!!
Although one deed I like to give is if they can make a swimming pool in front of.. thank can stay more with kids in summer
My kids loved the free Icecream they get from the front desk staff ! I keep going this place for stay because I m looking forward apartment and job!!! I wish I can work here at hotel it is lovely safe environment! Mexican tacos next door is great ! Flooring in this room is also better than Hampton inn and very spacious — I stayed next door super 8 but I like more spacious at Skylite inn —- my 100 stars to this Skylite inn new management — before 1 year this hotel was having some issues but looks like new management took it over and now I feel safe
ac is new - staff needs raise because they are AWESOME !
MANAGER VISHAL needs double raise too because he is their 24 hours!
i will keep coiming back here -- this was my 5th time in a month.
Staff is very welcoming and they treated us like family and especially with welcome gift was like marriott style welcome. I am a Hilton and bonvoy member and I am surprise that Non franchise independent hotel is so better in customer service this is something impressive and I hear this hotel is going to change to a independent boutique hotel because the owner is so creative and owns a decorstions business as well — front desk oluseyi and Bryan and housekeeping Mike and Violetta is awesome I stayed 4th time and will keep repeating and tell all my hospital customers
My stay at Skylite Inn was truly a great experience from start to finish. I was initially having trouble finding the location, but everything changed the moment I called. The staff member who answered the phone was incredibly kind and caring towards my predicament.
It was raining and cold, and Skylite went above and beyond by arranging transportation for me, which immediately made me feel valued and taken care of.
When I arrived, the front desk was just as friendly in person, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and the big king bed made for an excellent night’s sleep.
Overall, I had a wonderful time at Skylite Inn.
I will be back again.
Rooms are clean . New flooring shines and welcomed me. Oh yeah currently the staff is giving special discount for loyal customers who keeps coming back and I saved 25$ ok food gifts that they have it to me and my kids as a welcome in goody bag that was very very touchy . Security in night is also so feel us secured . I heard bring blankets with you but I found 2 extra blankets on bed and it was so cozy and clean. SKYSHOP HAS good collection for morning breakfast — you have to purchase bit they were cheap and affordable price . Mexican restaurant tacos was walking distance
Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we turned right around and booked somewhere else.
The room smelled strongly like urine, there were bugs everywhere, and the pillow had visible stains on it. The door lock was barely attached and didn’t feel secure at all, which was honestly concerning. On top of that, several things in the room were broken or missing.
It felt dirty, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Save yourself the time and money—do not stay here.
My second worse stay ever. Rooms filled with cockroaches and bugs. The cockroaches were crawling all over the room and my rooms light wasn’t working. When I told the front desk staff and showed him the light didn’t work and even showed him a cockroach on the bed, the normal thing for him to do was switch me rooms ! Instead, he just brought a lamp from his office and put it in the corner while he told a staff member to spray where the cockroach was. It wasn’t until I told him to switch me rooms that he switched me rooms but even then, the other room had cockroaches too! The rooms are remodeled for the most part which makes no sense while they’re full of cockroaches and insects. I had to cancel my stay and boom a different hotel.
