Things to Know
Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras 24/7.
-The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-No Bachelor parties. Please contact us if you are a bachelor party looking for accommodations and we will be more than happy to assist!
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Please inquire if you would like to bring a pet. Approval Required with Pet Fee & Pet Deposit
-Pool Heating Fee: $50.00 Fee + $25.00 Per Day Charge. Pool can only be heated October - April and max temp of pool will reach around 85 degrees.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
