Large Modern House in Hip EastATX w/ Screen Porch, Private Yrd - 7 min to dwntwn
Our large BRAND NEW 3-story Central East Austin home is perched on a hill under a giant oak. Enjoy tree-top views from huge windows and relax in the airy rooms, filled with natural light and cozy furniture. A large screened-in porch offers a second lounge entertaining area and opens onto a completely enclosed backyard with a gas fire pit. Enjoy new high-end appliances and comfy new furniture. 7 min Lyft to east 6/ 7th bars, 10 min Lyft to Rainey St & Convention Centre. (+/- based on traffic).
The space
Our 2400 sq. ft 3 story stucco home was built in 2022 and has high-end finishes throughout, such as a gleaming new chef's kitchen! The 3 separate AC zones per level allow guests to set the temperature of each level separately to their liking. Hardwood floors and marble tile, smooth clean walls, new comfy beds , pillows, and linens throughout.
FIRST FLOOR
• Kitchen with Peninsula Bar and 4 stools
• Dining Area with a 8 seat table
• Half bath / powder room
• Living Area with large comfy sofa, ottomans, and 55" Roku TV, featuring streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Roku streaming Live TV. *No wired cable.
• Giant glass sliders that opens into a screened in-porch with second sofa, lounge area and another and another 55" Roku TV, featuring streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Roku streaming Live TV. *No wired cable.
• Porch opens onto completely private enclosed private yard with a gas fire pit, string lights, a disco ball, and seating
SECOND FLOOR :Bedroom 1: King Bed, twin rollaway bed in closet.
Bedroom 1 is the primary bedroom with a record player loveseat lounge area, a walk-in closet, and a huge ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, double vanity, linen closet, and separate toilet room. There is a TWIN rollaway bed in the closet and plenty of room to set it up if needed.
SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 2: Twin Bed.
This small room is *ONLY ACCESSIBLE via Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 is a small private room with a door and a window, but is **only accessible via the hallway of Bedroom 1, and shares that ensuite bathroom. It was originally designed as a second larger walk-in closet. *Please be aware of the layout as this may not work for all groups.
SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 3: King Bed
Bedroom 3 has a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
SECOND FLOOR: Laundry in the hallway
A full-size stackable washer dryer are available for guest use on the second floor.
THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
This third-floor bedroom has a huge window with views over the trees to Mueller. There is a comfy chair, ottoman, and music art.
THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom 5: Twin Bed
This small room is *ONLY ACCESSIBLE via Bedroom 4. It has a door and a window and is quiet, cozy and comfy. It was originally designed as a large walk-in closet for Bedroom 4. *Please be aware of the layout as this may not work for all groups.
THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom 6: Queen Bed
The slightly larger third-floor bedroom has a tree-house feel because the giant window looks out directly into our large oak tree. High above the street and yard, the room feels private and relaxing. There is a comfy chair, plush rug, and several collector music posters.
THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom 7: Twin Bed
This small room is *ONLY ACCESSIBLE via Bedroom 6. It has a door and a window and is quiet, cozy and comfy. It was originally designed as a large walk-in closet for Bedroom 6. *Please be aware of the layout as this may not work for all groups.
Full bathroom with tub: There is one large bathroom on the third floor, shared by the third floor bedrooms.
Guest access
You have full private access to all of the house and the yard. The garage is not accessible to guests - sorry!
Other things to note
Our house is on a corner lot which does give it extra privacy and space, but please be aware that the house is on a hill and there are landscaping stairs from the street up to the house, and multiple staircases inside the house. The driveway is very steep and for that reason, we do not allow guests access to the garage. Parking in the driveway or on the street is fine. All mattresses are very comfortable 12" Memory Foam Zinus Green Tea Lux, purchased September 2022.
