This appears to be an older hotel, but is maintained well for its age. All of front staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating as we were traveling with a small dog.

Worst hotel in Austin area, don’t book this one, i booked 2 bed queen room and this hotel management was trying to give one queen, on top of that the dirties room ever i have seen. i was there with 2 kids at late evening and it was like no issues for the management.

I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The check-in process was quick, seamless, and welcoming, and check-out was just as smooth and efficient. The management team truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always being attentive, professional, and accommodating. The hotel is located in a safe, well-maintained area, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The property was clean, well-kept, and provided a great overall experience. We booked a multi bed suite but upon arrival we were issued a 1 king bed suite. The suite bedroom was nice and clean but we really need 2 queen beds. All they had available was a regular multi bed room which we took. It was a clean and nice but it was a a shame that we did not get the room we paid for.
