- Our Mid-Century Modern style home offers something for everyone! The Pond House features a deck where you can step out and enjoy stunning morning and evening views of Applegate Pond, home to ducks, turtles, and stocked with fish. There’s also a private fishing dock for casting your line. We’ve created cozy lounging areas for sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The outdoor space includes a fire pit and a corn hole setup for added fun!
The property is just minutes from downtown, The Domain, and the new Austin FC Stadium. It’s 20 minutes to Austin 360 Amphitheater, Typhoon Texas, and Kalahari Resort. If you’re visiting for work, we’re only 5 minutes from Dell and Samsung, 20 minutes from Tesla, and 20 minutes to the airport.
