The 17th & 18th guest will have a bean bag queen bed (ideally for children). The bean bag sleeper unfolds into a queen size like blowup bed. The bed is filled with memory foam, and is comparable to a blow up mattress.
Sleep soundly in a ✔️ plush king-size bed in each of the 2 master bedrooms. The ✔️ en-suite master bathroom in each unit is equipped with a walk-in shower build with frameless shower doors and a multi-function shower tower! Each bathroom includes a ✔️ complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The side-by-side second and third bedrooms in each unit each hold a queen-size bed, and a nearby bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
A half bath is conveniently located on the first floor of each unit along with a full washer / dryer in each unit.

This entire building & property is yours! Guests have access to the full duplex building (Both Unit A & Unit B), front and back yards (very private) are included.
There are 4 car spaces minimum in your driveway (the driveway is huge) with plenty of free parking on the street.
Because you are a stone’s throw away from downtown, Uber / Lyft get to and from your property in minutes.
Other things to note
We have included comfortable & elegant waffle spa robes, 2 per bedroom, and you can find them in each bedroom closet.
I normally leave fresh sealed bottled waters in the refrigerator. These are complimentary with your stay, enjoy!
