"Beautiful views, great amenities. Breakfast buffet was stellar, loved the pool, sauna and wellness area (wish it was open longer hours). Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. We loved our room with a deck that ran all around."

With the hotter weather while there are floor to ceiling windows/doors for ventilation, a nice addition might include fans that allow for airflow when the doors/windows are closed at certain times of day. "This hotel, although a one night stay was incredible. Everything from the beds to the robes were very comfortable and the view was just amazing. Amenities, like the pool and spa were roomy and great to relax in. To top it all off, the next morning there was a beautiful breakfast buffet that had foods like fresh fruits, eggs and more. Overall, this hotel was an awesome stay and I would highly recommend it!"

"The front desk staff and the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). We booked through expedia and the hotel manager went out of his way to reimburse the first night, although it was non-refundable. The hotel was very understanding and empathetic towards us. We got our money back within 2 days, all thanks to the manager. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Bolzano. This hotel also offers the most convenient location and a rooftop restaurant where you can have an amazing breakfast with a breathtaking view of Bolzano town center. The room and the amenities are new and modern. We will no doubt to stay again if we go back to Bolzano."
