"The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very nice and courteous. The only thing was the pool hadn't been cleaned and it still had a water hose in it. So I took the pool skimmer I think is what it's called and removed the debris so my grandbabies could swing. It was about an hr after the pool opened. So I'm not sure why it wasn't clean and ready to go. Other than that our stay was very nice. The staff was super helpful."

"The Elevator was super scary and took forever but overall for the price it was nice. The pool was ok, lots of old damage in the hotel but they tried to repair. Overall I enjoyed my stay though. Room was nice and cold and convenient to Dallas. TV needs to be updated"
