"Everything about the Goien boutique hotel was first class from the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly room was spotless with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing so much selection and staff at breakfast were exceptional. I will be recommending the Goien to anyone going to Bilbao which is als an amazing city to visit "

"Good clean room with modern furnishings however there were renovations to the museum across the very narrow alley with lights on all night and very thin curtains which made sleeping problematic. Also the rooms are one or two floors up with a very twisting old wooden staircase with uneven steps so taking luggage up is quite difficult."

"Not as convenient as some other hotels in Bilbao but not terribly out of the way (beware the uphill walk from town!). Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but onsite and simple. "
