The front desk Clerk who checked me in was so helpful and kind. After having communication issues and reservation issues with Hard Rock, and having to book this room which was luxury by the way, in such a quick time frame, the last thing I needed was any more complications. She was patient with me and so helpful. The room was wonderful and unfortunately was so much cleaner then the one I paid over $800 for. Good job guys, keep up the excellent work will be coming back next year.

I stayed for 2 nights during Valentines day weekend.. Room 109 with the jacuzzi was amazing.. The room was very clean.. Ms Sandra was the best, she made sure my stay was comfortable.. The staff is very hardworking and friendly I will be staying again

The room and pool were clean. Check in was easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Sandra. The tv's are Roku and difficult to operate. I went to the front desk and the attendant came and turned it on for me. The next morning however I tried pushing tv input which is what she told me to do but it again went to analog 4 and was all snowy. We were leaving anyway so I just did without. Rooms are dated but the price was good. I would definitely go back.

It was a good stay for my budget. The rooms are soundproofed as in I can’t hear my neighbor in their room but you can hear everything going on outside of the door. The staff was barely there at times. My room had a weird layout. Overall pretty clean and a very safe stay.

We had a very nice stay. The girl at the desk was super friendly. Only thing we were upset about was the pool wasn’t open, not the hotels fault though. But room was nice clean and big bed was comfy tv and WiFi worked great. Will definitely stay here again

Property was clean, quiet, & comfortable. The manager was very professional; however, she and the cleaning staff were a little pushy trying to get us to check out. It was still one of the best, most affordable locations in Absecon on a high season Saturday.
