Living & Dining:
Step into a bright and inviting open living space designed for relaxation and group gatherings. The living room features plush seating perfect for movie nights, game sessions, or unwinding after a day at the beach. A large smart TV is ready for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Just steps away, the dining area offers seating for your whole group, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals, morning coffee, or playing board games. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and counter space to make meal prep easy and enjoyable — whether you’re whipping up a seafood feast or quick beach snacks.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, offering both comfort and flexibility for families or groups.
• Bedroom 1: Spacious, this primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day. It also contains a desk and desk chair for a private dedicated workspace.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, making it a great option for kids or friends sharing a space.
• Bedroom 3: Another cozy room with twin bed, and twin trundle pullout bed.
• Bedroom 4: Perfect for friends or little ones, this room features a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and plenty of storage. Just your clothes! Host House supplies this property with: beach tags, beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more!

The home is located a short three blocks to the beautiful Ventnor beaches. Restaurants, shops and nightlife are all in walking distance on the vibrant Ventnor Ave. The home is located on a quiet residential street, giving you and your family the privacy and undisturbed vacation you're looking for.

Lisiting Notes:
This home is professionally managed by Host House LLC, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.

The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Dealing with the property management was extremely easy and they responded very quickly.
