"I experienced 3 different rooms, one on the 3rd floor, 4th floor, 16th floor. On the 3rd floor, the beds was EXTREMELY lumpy and worn out. The bathroom outlet didnt work and the sheets had stains. The refrigerator didn't work. On the 4th floor, when I returned back to the hotel, my door was open ..."
