It was mediocre at best. What made my experience better was the staff, mainly Carlos. He was a one man show at the time of my arrival and went out his way to accommodate me with the change of rooms, etc. Hats off to him....

Easy access from interstate. Easy parking. Room decor kind had dated furnishings. Bathroom door off hinges hard to close Front desk was courteous and helpful. Good place for a one nighter!

The receptionist was very nice. His attitude was excelkent. The only downside, he charged me TWICE by mistake(inadequate training). I only realised it before checking out. When I lodged a complaint, this time, another receptionist who was on duty, asked me to call in the morning and speak to the manager. She was very professional and reassuring, the way she handled the situation.I was told I will receive the refund in up to two weeks. The FULL refund was made in two business days.Good job! I believe her(the manager's) name is Karen. Bottom line: I will definetely want to stay there another time.

Not a bad stay

Really not a bad place to stay for the price. We were going to an event in Atlanta and wanted to save some money by not staying downtown. Area is a little sketch but we never felt particularly unsafe. We had the king bed and my wife and I found it quite comfortable. Room was clean though couch had a few stains on it and the comforter had a couple holes in it but the sheets were fresh and clean and the AC worked incredibly well. We had it like an icebox in there. My biggest complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was terrible and it made a squeezing noise as it ran.

The staff members were very friendly. - The (bagged) breakfast is too simple with only one bottle of juice, one apple and one small sweet snack. - The room condition can be improved. Somehow I got a smoke room (#218) and my body got very itchy during the two nights. Several wall power outlets are very loose to stay connected to. I saw a roach-like beetle in the washing sink area.
